Because the base measures four inches and is equipped with a dial bubble protractor that can be adjusted, I am able to properly pinpoint the center of pipes that have diameters that are more than half an inch. Because of the stability of the base and the precision of the protractor, it is a dependable instrument that can be used to ensure that fits are accurately and consistently performed. It is my opinion that the dial bubble protractor that can be adjusted is an excellent addition to this instrument. It enables me to make modifications to the angle in a simple and fast manner, which guarantees that I will be able to get the ideal alignment for my pipe fittings. In complicated projects where angles and measurements need to be accurate, this degree of flexibility is very beneficial since it allows for more flexibility. The amount of time that is saved in the process of measuring and centering pipes results in a workflow that is more simplified. Another factor that contributes to the general simplicity of the tool's use is its ergonomic design. This design enables me to concentrate on the work at hand without having to deal with the irritation of dealing with tools that are either clunky or difficult.

This is a must have for pipe fitters and welders!!! It’s a great quality for the money, and is very accurate out the package! This will find true center of your pipe, and the punch allows for the marking of the pipe with a tap from your hammer!!! Easy to use and highly functional!!!! Oldschool is the new school!!!!

The level part fell off on the second punch
The level part fell off on the 2nd punch and the tip of the punch rod got flat as well very poor quality in my opinion.

The center finder works good. But the punch is cheap soft metal. You have to barely tap it then repunch it with real center punch
