This was THE hit holiday gift. It was bought for a teenager but everyone wanted to try their hand at lifting and swinging the hammer. The shape and size will humble the over confident quickly. However, with smart and safe use, this is certainly an effective tool to include in your fitness routine. It's great for beginners in doing things like goblet squats, single arm-kettlebell swings, dead lifts, Romanian dead lifts, two-handed curls, overhead press, bench press, etc.

This quality of this hammer is surprisingly high for what is a clear knockoff of a much more expensive design. As much as it may seem like more of a novelty item, the awkward weight distribution inherent in the shape makes it excellent for training stabilizers and range of motion. It also looks great in a home gym. I was particulalrly pleased with the quality of the mold and the powder coat. I generally go with more tried and true gym equipment brands, but for a few select items, especially those that are ultimately just a piece of shaped metal weight, I've risked the cheap option and that worked out great in this case. It's a great value given the price relative to the build quality.

I bought two of these and they are great for a workout. The paint is fine, all paint will eventually chip, especially if you pick them up and put them down on concrete over and over. The offset weight really helps with getting better control during a workout. My only gripe is that the handle is very thick and difficult to grip after getting fatigued but there is a nice pommel end that helps, especially with a long farmer'scarry. I dont have small hands. What I do have is a grinder and I am going to make the handles smaller and more oval shaped, then I will wrap with grip tape after repainting with a good enamel or maybe even a rubber coating. I give five stars because I have the ability to change them but they could be better from the factory. Maybe they will come out with a V2 in the future.

Seems to be a good product,just taller than most Kettle bells but then again you can use these on a regular olympic bar instead of buying more plates.dual functions if you will.

Amazing. Bought this to train for a specific Strongman event and my gym didn't have one. Actually I bought a 15lb and a 25lb. I just took them to my gym and left them so I wouldn't have to haul them around. They have endured well at a public gym. They also look cool. I've had them since spring 2024.

Thor’s hammer for grip strength and unconventional work outs. Definitely top heavy but does the job and provides adequate weight for motion based lifting and stretching. 35lbs doesn't seem like a lot until you try wielding it like a weapon. Take care of your wrists and be mindful of your movements. Occasionally I like to use it as a static weight til my grip burns out for maximum impact. Once you learn how the weight is distributed you can really use it for a variety of exercises.

Paint started chipping and falling apart after less then a year, never used outside only inside in living room aswell, decent grip tho. Paint chipped on hammer end and grip is fine still after year of use Why did you pick this product vs others?: Cheaper then other hammer bells
