A Fantastic Guide for Understanding and Managing ADHD
Tracy Neel's book is a fantastic guide for understanding and managing ADHD. The sections on executive functioning and strategies to improve focus and attention have been especially helpful. I would have liked to see more content on how to address the challenges faced by women with ADHD in parenting roles, but overall, this is a great resource.

I’m really grateful for founding this book. It explains how ADHD generally works in women and it gives us some tools and insights to live with the disorder. It’s a great book if you want to understand ADHD in a simple but fundamental way.

If you are a mother, wife, and woman, with adhd, this is definitely the book for you. Such a great breakdown and explanation of my type of ADHD and other types as well. I like that I feel more validation in who I am because I took the time to do some of the activities within the book and they were helpful. There is also reading points throughout as you go along which I really enjoyed. Take some designated time to yourself when you do this, either when your child is napping or when you have some quiet to really understand more about yourself and get the validation you need. It is not a diagnosis, so I highly recommend getting a diagnosis from a professional prior if you can, because again, it is all about validation. Once you can validate yourself and who you are, you can move on with how to begin doing better and knowing how to help yourself. Buy this to go through your ADHD journey not feeling alone.

What I particularly loved about this workbook is its straight-forward, easily comprehensible nature. It doesn't just regurgitate dry facts; it presents well-researched information in a clear and digestible way. The book beautifully outlines methodologies for partnering with professionals, identifying personal roadblocks, and actively working towards overcoming them. More importantly, this book encourages a healthy change in perspective – it asks you to cherish your neurodivergent mind, not despise it. I found the chapters on leveraging ADHD traits to contribute meaningfully to my work and team truly transformative. It’s not just about coping with ADHD, but also harnessing its potential. In conclusion, whether you're exploring an ADHD diagnosis, newly diagnosed, or looking to better understand the condition, this book is a worthwhile read. It’s not just a workbook; it’s a guide to embracing and thriving with ADHD.

I am halfway through this book … AAND … I actually intend to finish it ! All kidding aside , I am finding the words of the author resonate within me . Her solutions to the symptoms that can hinder my life are practical. They are broken into small enough steps so that I can easily begin to work them into my reality .
