I was recommend this at Christmas, whilst working with someone, who gave me a bandage which had the fluid contained, I might add, there was nothing wrong with me at that point! Over the last few weeks, I have had a very bad pain in my elbow, I tried cream, which did alleviate the pain slightly, but, I thought, I will have a go with the bandage, sadly it had dried up! I ordered this recharge bottle, which arrived astonishingly quick, I immediately cracked open the bottle, after just 2 applications, I am now able to lift my cup of coffee! Marvelous stuff, and fully recommend it!

So I twisted my medial collateral ligament whilst swimming. Went into Boots and bought a Physicool bandage and boy did it help. Trouble is, not many shops on the high street sell the refills as basically the bandage only lasts once. So, onto Amazon on a Saturday morning to order the spray and as it was important to get some more, paid extra for First Class ‘Express' delivery. As of today (Thursday) I have still not received the spray and now having rubbed as much ibuprofen into my leg that I dare. Desperately in need of the refill. A great product when it eventually arrives, but don’t bother paying for First Class. Even taking into consideration a bank holiday on the Monday I would’ve expected delivery by Wednesday at the very latest having ordered first thing Saturday.

Really excellent for a quick remedy to swollen limbs and joints when applied to a bandage. Highly recommended

I had a severe tear in my meniscus that required surgery 2 years ago. Now I have bone on bone. I purchased your product at the Boston Marathon expo since I volunteer at the finish line and stand approximately 8 hours. I applied Physicool the day before and my knee never ached, I did have some swelling after the race and wrapped my knee again. For me, this really works! I continue to use when my knee bothers me and it always relieves the swelling and discomfort.

I liked it as it was equal to using ice. Had a total knee replacement and when traveling it’s difficult to bring ice or freezer bags and this was portable as long as you resprayed the re usable bandage.

You have to keep it pretty moist but it works well and last a lone time with the wrap
