Roca Giralda Replacement WC Toilet Seat with Soft Closing Hinges 801462004

After at least 7 broken hinge sets in 10 years on our standard Roca Giralda, enough was enough !! The last hinge set (dreadful plastic things) cracked in just two months. I decided to try this soft close seat instead and glad that I did ! Absolutely identical and compatible; fits directly to the same stems that the standard seat was attached to, and the soft close hinge does appear to be a sturdy metal lump - much better and hopefully will last a long time. Comes with the right size allen keys and a pair of stems. Bit pricey but hopefully this will solve the problem I had with the standard 'easy remove' plastic hinges.

This was a replacement seat for a broken Roca Giralda.This is the third seat i have had to order in four years in my apt.This time one of the small bolts holding the lid had snapped. I like the fact that this is a soft closing seat so if you let the seat go it doesn't bang down hard. I had to order this particular seat as it was the same seat that was fitted in my bathroom when i purchased my apt. Thankfully you could still buy this seat even after four or five years. A nice looking seat that maybe should last a bit longer than the previous one.

I never though I would spend that kind of money on a toilet seat, but I have to give credit where credit is due. this is top quality. I've add it for more than 6 months now and the seat has not moved a bit. The system keeps it in place extremely well so much better than the usual £30-40 seat. Further more, the material is easier to clear and still looks brand new after 6 months. I still took a star away as in my opinion, even the top quality does not warrant that price

Pricey but very good quality, very easy to fit and all parts and keys required to fit included.

the best toilet seat for my Roca toilet. It really is not worth buying the cheaper versions by other manufacturers as they really do not fit. It is simple to put on with the top hinges and fits perfectly with the added bonus of being soft close.

Excellent seller, was good they were able to supply the toliet seat we wanted. Hubby has fitted it, bit squeeky when putting the lid down, I can only assume this is normal and it will get better after a few more uses.

The item was easy to fit and the 'soft close' works efficiently, seeming to be of good quality. Time will tell however, the original item not having lasted that long and being quite expensive to replace.

Produit correspondant parfaitement à mes attentes. Montage facile même pour personne peu expérimentée. Rien à redire si ce n'est le prix un peu élevé.

Great fit and easy Installation

Excelente calidad a buen precio (en la web de Roca es bastante más cara). Funciona perfecta y eso que no he cambiado los anclajes de la anterior, que he guardado de recambio. Vale la pena comprar un producto original. La anterior no era amortiguada y el cambio vale la pena realmente. Las bisagras son metálicas, no de plástico y no tiene holgura. La instalación es MUY sencilla, quitas la anterior, que está puesta a presión en los anclajes y pones la nueva, apretas los tornillos con la llave allen y listos!!! Un10!!!

Identique au modèle d'origine mais dommage que ça soit aussi cher...

Encaja perfectamente en mi inodoro Roca Giralda. La sustitución del antiguo fue muy sencilla. Tiene gran calidad, a mi entender. El funcionamiento también de maravilla. Muy satisfecha por la compra.
