A little goes a long way. Great addition to food and drinks. Great price too.

I think one should Use a lot less than suggested. I put 1/4 teaspoon into a 32 oz water bottle. It gives good taste to my gym water. The amount suggested is very very sour. I use to replace lime slices for my water. It mixes well but needs a good shake for even distribution.

This is not my first purchase of this lime powder. I really like the versatility and taste. I can make different drinks and desserts without wondering if limes have gone bad because I just add water or .... I like the lemon powder from this brand, too.

I bought some TruLine packets that had sweetener in them. Instead I wanted pure lime powder that I could use mostly for beverages but occasionally for cooking or baking. Believe it or not I like to use lime powder on chicken and fish dushes. Anyway this stuff is very pure very strong and has a slight bitterness to it that you would expect from pure dehydrated ground lime. The Crystal’s are very fine and they did reconstitute in the lime juice very easily. I used 1 teaspoon in a cup and found that I probably needed maybe even half of that. This stuff is very strong but that’s a good thing!

I don’t like the taste at all! I think these are pure citric acid powder. Very sour, but NOT really freeze dried lime or lemon juice and to my tastebuds NO lemon or lime flavor or aroma—just SOUR. I’ll chalk this purchase up to shopping in hurry on my phone. I don’t think I would have been fooled if I’d been shopping on my computer. I purchased both the lemon and lime flavors. I won’t purchase again. There is no such thing as “Key lemons” so why include that point on the lemon powder packaging? I wanted organic, real lime and real lemon juice powders. On my phone I was fooled by the ovals across the bottom of the bag and assumed one of them indicated it was an organic product. My fault for getting fooled by deceptive packaging and not looking more closely. Why else would packaging designers use ovals with filled in bottom half other than to APPEAR to be the Organic certification symbol? Also, packaging says “Full Vitamin C” without specifying how many MG of vitamin C per serving. Was hoping this purchase would help reduce/relieve calcium oxalate kidney stones, but too much vitamin C is a trigger for me.

I am not convinced myself that it comes from limes. The ingredient list says "lime powder" and it certainly is that but maybe not from real limes. I am grateful that I have food to eat and it tastes okay but might not be what you are looking for if you want real lime powder.

Very tart lime crystals with no junk or fillers added. This is great for making margaritas more tart, adding to dried chiles for a salt-free chile lime powder, or adding to other dishes to up the acidity. I keep it in the freezer because I live in a humid climate. Taste perfectly of natural tart lime.

Very good, exactly what I was looking for for adding tangy lime hit to drinks etc. Wish I'd ordered more since it's not currently available now. (Note: Is now available but the price is through the roof, might be good, but it's not £80 of good. Inflation eh?)

I like it in my Gin,in my water bottle. And lovely mixed into fruit salad.
