I purchased this on a whim not knowing the brand. Of course I know why they are now. I was looking for a sandalwood cologne and couldn't find anything. I know this scent is meant for females, but to me it's a bit more masculine. Other sandalwood scents don't smell like sandalwood, so I didn't have high hopes for this. When it arrived it smelled amazing! It actually smells like sandalwood. Honestly to me it smells just like Billie E1. I can't type the full name out. They're almost identical. When I wore it to work several co-workers immediately said "that smells so good. That's your scent, never change it." I've since purchased a second bottle and another of their scents. It does wear off rather quickly, I'd say about 3 to 4 hours but it's still worth it. Sometimes I put it on even if I'm not leaving the house. If you love sandalwood try this scent, even if you're a guy like me.

I absolutely love this one. I’ve purchased quite a few scents from Dossier and honestly I’ve loved all of them. I was specifically looking for a dupe for Le Labo Santal 33 and this one gets very close. It has that same warm, woody, slightly musky scent that makes the original so popular. I usually spray it on both my skin and clothing. The longevity on clothing is excellent — I can still smell it the next day. It doesn’t last quite as long on my skin, but that’s pretty common for most fragrances. Overall I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

I ordered this because the description said it smelled of sandalwood, which I love. In fact, I like most woodsy scents. That being said, this in no way smells woodsy. It is a strange floralish scent and sickeningly sweet! I'm super disappointed and I take issue with such a poor description of the product. Mostly, it just smells cheap. Of course, it's not returnable (imagine that), so it will go in the trash. I wouldn't give this as a gift to anyone. Filing this under "lesson learned".

The woodsy Santal scent is so fresh and clean. I usually still get comments on the scent hours after applying it. The quality of the bottle is perfect, it even has a little magnetic lid making it easy to keep track of. For the price, it is well worth it. Everyone thinks it’s a far more expensive perfume.

liked the scent but not as much as I love the Le Labo Santal 33. I also wish the scent could last on my skin for more than twenty minutes. That's the only negative really. Maybe my skin is just too clean.

Lovely fragrance that lasts most of the day and is a good value for money. I have bought it more than once.

I’ve ordered Dossier from Amazon a couple of times with mixed results. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend it. More recently, I ordered a pack where it came with a 3 ounce and a 1.7 ounce, and I was terribly confused. Both products were different colors and smelled different (one was sweeter) even though they had the same label on them. On top of that, Dossier does not really hold its scent all day since it’s not oil based, so you really need a roll-on body oil if you want the scent to stick to you all day. It’s honestly okay if you’re not a daily wearer of cologne/perfume, but if you are, you better get creative or buy the real thing.
