When I first bought these patches comma, they left a lot of adhesive residue on my skin. I had to get special cleaning patches from my doctor's office and then actually got some nail polish remover. I was seriously wondering if the benefit was worth the problem. The advertisements I saw for this made it sound as if you put the patch on, and you'll sleep better right away. This is not true. According to the packaging, it takes some time to actually work. I recently placed an order to get some more of them. I discovered that the recent ones I ordered had a cloth-like feel instead of a plastic feel like the first order I placed. I love the new cloth-like ones. They do not leave residue on my skin. The packet of 28 for the cloth-like ones is 4 1/2" x 6". The plastic ones come in a case that is bigger. Enjoy better sleep. I am.

I'm disappointed. I thought it was safe to try these sleep patches. I'm familiar with the ingredients. The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it's not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn't see anything about "all sales final". Maybe I'm just stupid or blind, but I still don't see it. I'm willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund. Had I known this was going to be an ordeal, I wouldn't have bought TWO x $20 packages. I was going to experiment with these with one of my children. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn't like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn't open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable. I've wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn't like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money. Now I have to rinse out my sinuses and wash my bedding to get rid of the smell or I'll have a terrible day and another sleepless night. It's not just a waste of money, it's been a waste of an hour so far today (and it's not even 8 am) and more time to clean up the mess.

I could never fall asleep. Now I do. It works.

I have not changed my mind about the product, but I have added a star to my review due to excellent customer service, which is very valuable from my point of view. Original review: When I started using these patches 5 months ago, I liked them very much. Using the extra strength allowed me to cut them in half. There was no thickness to them, they peeled off easily, and left no adhesive or product behind. I had not noticed any odor to them. Last month, I received my shipment and the product is now different, and I do not find it as effective as before. The patch is now a thin foam pad, and, hurts my skin when I remove it, and leaves both a residue and adhesive behind. I also noticed an odor to it. Unlike another reviewer, I couldn’t get the remaining adhesive off with soap and water. I tried rubbing alcohol which helped, and lotion which also helped. In the end, I had to “wear” it off. I also believe the formula has changed as well, since I didn’t find it as nearly effective as before the change. I switched to using a whole pad, but still don’t believe I got the same benefits as the old style delivered. The new patch feels greasy now, in addition to feeling super sticky. The new style patch didn’t come off during the night, but the old style didn’t either. I dislike the changed product and have stopped autoship. I am now going to order different brands in an attempt to find one I like as well as I did this one, prior to the change in the patch. I gave 2 stars, as it is a patch and did provide some benefit for my sleep. For purposes of comparison, I would have ranked the prior patches with 5 stars.

I was given a pack of these by my Mom.. If you are having issues with sleeping, you have got to try these!! They make you drowsy a bit, but I don’t wake up through the night like I did for years!! Do yourself a favor, and get a pack!! You won’t regret your decision….

I am writing to express my concerns regarding your product, Wellamoon, which I purchased through Amazon and have used consistently for approximately six months. Until recently, I have been delighted with its effectiveness. Friday morning, 8/22/24, I awoke, experiencing a range of alarming side effects, including: - Severe Loss of balance - Dizziness like the kind you experience when putting on someone else’s strong glasses - Headaches not severe but concerning - Agitation- my poor husband! - Nausea These symptoms were entirely unexpected and severe enough that I could not walk without support. I discontinued use immediately and have been drinking plenty of water. While there was daily improvement, by day four, I felt safe enough to drive again. I am deeply concerned that this particular batch may be more potent or have a different composition than usual. My intention in writing this is not to seek a refund but to raise awareness of the potential risks associated with this product. Consumers must be warned about these possible side effects, which can be dangerous. Again, I have used this product without any problems since January 2024. Please investigate this issue promptly and let me know if any changes in the formulation have been reported or if other customers have made similar complaints.
