Great bed
The bed is great. It's not too low: it fits these big IKEA boxes underneath. Looks nice and the bed base is more flexible than the metal ones. The customer support is great too. Highly recommended.

Decent bed for the price
This bed was great, had it for 3 years before I downsized as we needed the space back. It did get a bit creaky!

Oh dear
This product is a waste of money soldering sheared in places after 6 months and fell off.When took it apart soldering about to give way completely on one corner.Company initially refused any support in this matter stating a refund on a faulty product only viable for 6 months of the 2 year warranty.Then they eventually offered parts.Why no refund would you want to continue using a bed after it was falling to bits.Amazon do not offer refund in relation to A to Z guarantee after 6 months.Is this what it’s got to beds last less than a year.Shame on you both because only customers with limited income but cheaper beds.Now out of pocket and bought new bed elsewhere.

Great frame, easy to put together and such a fantastic price for a super king (6ft wide). Highly recommend to anyone!

Right size, weak slats!
Superking; size wise it's right for the mattress. However that's where the good points end...It's about a foot off the floor to the base so you're not getting any "under bed storage" boxes under there! Then the slats are so flimsy I popped 3 off after placing the mattress by flopping down on the bed... To be honest if I can't body slam my mattress after a long day chasing kids then it's not a sturdy bed!As a temporary base it's ok but I'm not expecting it to survive long aside from it being too low and generally just bad quality.You get what you pay for!
