Good, but dilute at the rated 50:1.
Works OK enough, but you have to repeat the cleaning process twice, if you go at the dilution rated 50 water : 1 liquid. Apply and leave the solution for a few minutes ( meanwhile you apply on the other panels ). Wash with ample water. Use a soft sponge like to apply. Repeat the above process twice.

Waste of money didn't purchase this product
No any purchase, this product is not remove dust and water spots. Quality is poor, totally waste of money

Nothing great, but serves the purpose.
Have used it once for cleaning the panels. For thicker dirt you might need a stronger concentration. Also need to wait for a while after spraying it over the panels. Mostly works like any other solution, but claims to be safe for panels. Hence no harm in using it. Can be slightly cheaper is what I feel. Claims to be eco friendly as well. Could probably wash 14 panels twice with an one litre bottle.
