Borosil VCSM190 Vision Classic Small Mug (Set of 6), 4 oz (195ml), Glass

This is the third time I have purchased these cups – twice for myself and once as a gift.I love glassware and, in my opinion, these cups are particularly elegant. The borosilicate glass is beautifully clear and delicate to the point of being fragile. However, my first set, purchased 5–6 years ago, is still intact. That’s not to say that the cups will not break if dropped; it simply means that they can last for years if handled with care.The cups are lightweight but stable. Despite the delicate design, the handles feel surprisingly sturdy; the cups feel comfortable and well-balanced to hold when full. They are also easy to wash, and I have not found them to retain stains or odours. However, I would advise against using abrasive scrubbers or steel wool, as they can scratch the glass over time.The only minor imperfection is where the handle meets the cup. There are slight bumps on the inside of the cup at the points where the handle is joined to the glass. This isn't particularly unattractive in itself, but the rest of the glass is so flawless that this stands out. Of course, the handles have to be attached somehow, so I wouldn't consider this a defect or flaw.I do, however, have one complaint. In the last set I purchased, I noticed that the word ‘Borosil’ is printed on the base of the cups, albeit in very small font. I do not know whether this will wash off over time but, in my opinion, it detracts from an otherwise perfect set of cups.For the quality and elegance they offer, I think a set of 6 cups is a steal at this price. All things considered, I would highly recommend these tea/coffee cups, especially to those who appreciate fine glassware.P.S.: The packaging leaves a little bit to be desired, but the cups have arrived intact each time, so I suppose I have nothing to complain about.

One glass is broken

I love these little glasses, perfect size for a lungo nespresso and a shot of milk.they feel great, though maybe not the most durable glasses, but if handled with a little care they are awesome.

The cups are very nice. I like it very much but when I opened the package two cups were broken. I have sent a message for the replacement but have not heard back yet. That's the reason for my 3 stars rating.

just now received the mug set so cant comment on the durability or strength of the cups.the cups are very lightweight and look fragile, but one thing is for sure the product is eye catching and elegant.maybe some people who are in the habit of drinking from big cups will find the size small.but for normal everyday usage and serving guests its the ideal size.i am sure that these cups will be appreciated by my guests for their beautiful appearance.buy this cause as John Keats's wrote A thing of beauty is a joy for ever.a little update after using this cup for some time.the looks of this cup are deceptive in the way that the bottom and sides of this cup are very thin and so it holds more tea than its size suggests.of course its not large as a coffee mug but i dont think anyone can find fault with the capacity of this cup.
