That's Why I'm Here

I like everything that James Taylor does, so it’s not difficult for me to love this album - in fact it’s one of his best in my opinion.

The receiver of this gift was very pleased with the songs and plays the CD frequently. He would recommend it to James Taylor fans.

bargain brilliant album

James is a very good guitar player, unfortunately this did not feature on this album

Bought this hoping it was up to his usual standard although have not been quite as please with this as some of his CDs - does contain some good old James tracks tho.

Sometimes you just want to return to a time when life was less complicated. Recently I did this by buying a cd to replace a cassette that had been lost many moves ago.As soon as I heard the first few bars of music I was transported back over 20 years, and found myself singing along to my favourite tracks as though I had heard them only yesterday.

It doesn't get any better than this. Top class songwriting, top class singers and top class musicians and the sound quality is top class too. How about Joni Mitchell, Graham Nash and Don Henley on vocals. Davis Sanborn, Tony Levin, Randy Brecker, Bill Payne, Michael Brecker and off course Russell Kunkel and Leland Sklar. I would like a backing band like this.
