Strong, secure and built to last
Ive owned the cheap meal lock boxes before and they always end up breaking. Usually the lock pops out and it won't close anymore. This feels very secure and even has 2 nonlocking latches that you close before locking it. This is great because all the pressure to keep the box closed is done by those latches so it takes pressure off the lock. If they did this with the cheap metal boxes they'd work much better.. These boxes are expensive but we'll worth it. I'd probably get the smaller version next time but both are awesome.

Great value
Sits on my nightstand allows me to have a gun by the bed safely. Also allows me to safely fly with my pistol. works great plenty of room for a pistol with light, red dot and spare magazine to fit inside. Bag is ok, currently using it for a range bag. Has a bag of 350 rounds of 9mm, pistol, magazines, ear muffs, multi tool and flashlight. Tight fit but has held up so far.
