Why intensity can't be adjusted or turn on the device but feel nothing?

The upgraded tens massager has a protective function to avoid shock. Please make sure the lead wire is connected with the port and the pair of pads are pasted above the massage areas well, or we can't adjust intensity successfully.

How to connect Tens Unit replacement pads with the lead wires correctly?

When using 1/4 wire, you could use 2 pads or 4 pads at the same time, if you use 2 pads, please make sure 2 pads are connected on the same wire with 1 pad for white and 1 pad for the blue.

What type of electrodes pads does the TENS massger machine fit?

It's quite easy to find compatible electrodes (2mm pin-in connector tens unit pads) on the market for you to choose from. Also, this package will include 8X 2" Square pads, 4X 2"x4" Large pads.

If the TENS device pads is no longer sticky, what can I do?

Use the tens pads on dry, flat areas with no perspiration or oil; Clean the pads with a few drops of water and dry the pads naturally after use.
