Great roadmap to scale SMS in any operation
This book provides a marvelous resource that introduces both the art and the science of Safety Management System development and implementation. While primary focus of the text is aviation, many principles and techniques outlined in this book can reasonably scale and transfer to other high consequence operations. For example, principles discussed in the chapter on Safety Culture are fundamental truths wholly applicable to any organization where an engaged workforce is essential to promote safe and productive operations.
