I disliked the back of the sofa. There are three fabric flaps secured each with velcro and they did not lie flat and just always looked messy. If the sofa is placed against a wall then this is not an issue but my room layout had the sofa's back exposed. The three front vertical pillows are too narrow which reveals the cheap black fabric used on the front face of the back. The horizontal pillows are moderately comfortable. The leg extension mechanism feels cheap like it will break if too much weight is loaded onto it. The fabric seems like it would stain easily. Overall, I felt it was too expensive to put up with these design flaws.

Love it. The fabric is great. I have lots of pets and it’s really easy to clean. I put it together myself and I’m 4’11” and not buff. There were two large boxes that it came in. It’s super comfy. I don’t like super sink in kind of sofas so this was perfect. The recliner part is odd. Foot rest pops out but the head doesn’t go far back. Perfect for me, but 6’ partner not so much.

Smaller than expected but nice for the price. Pillows on back rest are unattached and smash down very quickly. Comfortable for now.

We've had this sectional for a little over 2 years. The cushions have been sagging for some time from wear. The other issue is that if you sit in between the cushions, you feel the metal- when you have kids who will periodically jump on the couch, it is a very uncomfortable surprise! When we clean the couch, spot treating isn't an option.

Worst sofa ever. Hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Skirts on back don't lay flat. Back of lounge section and the sofa section don't line up. The 'recliner' does not recline, its just pops up a footrest. Black lining on back of sofa (behind pillows) is visible from the behind. Sofa pillows and cushions have a cheap black material on the reverse side so they are not reversible. I can't believe Serta put their name on this sofa. I certainly expected way more when I saw it was a Serta product. Serta-- you really dropped the ball on this one.

Exactly as described. Love it. We are large adults and sit quite comfortably. Of course we weren’t expecting a large great room size piece. Perfect size for the camper.

This is not what I was expecting. It’s not very comfortable, the pillow on the chase lounge is already mislined from us only sitting on it for 4 months. The back pieces don’t line up and I didn’t know the the pillows and back fabric were Velcro. Over priced and not well made
