Packing arrived in a bad shape. Torn into pieces
Books are good. It came in a big carton. The book box was torn into pieces. It looks like a careless handling during transit.

Doesn’t quite resemble the website images.
The actual product doesn’t exactly match what you see on the website. The website shows thick books in a nice box. What is delivered is a little skimpy and flimsy.

Unexpected tariff from international shipping
Item was great. Shipping includes a $20 fee for storage built into the my price. Please be aware you will get a charge from FedEx but they include it in the price of the item.

less screen time. more family time
Beautiful box set of encyclopedias. I know in this day and age we can just go online or Google it or ask Alexa but there's something nice to be said about reading a book of knowledge with your children at night time as you're winding down. Sitting together and going over topics that they're interested about is very satisfying. Nostalgia even knowing that this is how we grew up. Knowledge at her fingertips. And if they want to learn more, the computer and tablet is just a few clicks away! Beautiful set

Not the quality I thought it’d be.
Quality is not what I had thought it’d be for the price. Box came bent, which I had hoped to store it in for years!
