So far so good! I didn’t realize how big this pan was, but it great for my big family. This pan will accommodate big meals without spillage. It’s a little on the heavy side, but worth it. The coating is living up to the expectations so far. I’ve had it for about two months now.

This pan is absolutely fantastic. Definitely nonstick, cleans up very nicely. This is the first time for me cooking with granite. I personally prefer ceramic, but I am sold on the granite. Anyone that tells you that you do not need oil or some type of lubricant in a nonstick pan is an idiot. You definitely need a little bit of oil for every pan in order for it to remain nonstick just a little bit I’m not saying you need 2 inches of oil, but if you’re going to cook eggs, I would definitely put a teaspoon in there. You will not be sorry your eggs will slide around easily, your pan will clean up nicely. You will be very happy with your purchase. I originally bought the 14 inch and that thing was huge and I sent it back and got the 11 inch and it is a little on the small side but definitely still usable. Next time I will go with the 12 inch I think that will be perfect.

This pan heats evenly and maintains the heat without any hot spots. The ceramic surface is really slick and allows the food to cook well.

This is a huge pan but the non-stick is amazing. You won't need another pan. This fits a large quantity of ingredients, and nothing sticks. You may want to choose a smaller pan size, but you may not.

I got this pan for a small egg pan. I always oil beforehand and hand wash. I've used it less than a month and it's discoloring and the eggs are starting to stick even with having butter in it. I also despise the rivets inside, they're not flush and I have to use a brush to get all the gunk out each time. It doesn't sit flat, it is handle heavy. Do not recommend

This pan is super large and of great quality. It was exactly what I was looking for to use on my Blackstone grill. I’ll definitely buy more from this company
