The computer did not come with the same graphics card as advertised. The seller was willing to exchange or offer partial refund for the inconvenience. They were extremely polite. After a few other minor issues the seller called me and helped me for several hours until we had everything fixed. I appreciate their help very much. All in all the computer is very fast and the graphics while playing games are very good.

Everything was securely packed very well! Set up was quick and easy and PC runs fast! I love the light up mouse and keyboard- really looks nice glowing in my dark room!There was a screen protector on my screen that I could not find! I had convinced myself the screen had stamps, but customer service called me and told me the best place to pull it off from. Great service and great product!

It's a good deal and computer, but they configured it with a different card than advertised. Not a big deal, since I'm going to update the graphics card.

I like the customer service they provided there was a wire or 2 missing but I had spare luckily. Overall it's worth it runs good doesn't take up a lot of space. I'd say its definitely worth the price.
