I've bought many laptops in my time, some costing almost three times as much, but this is easily one of the best. It may seem too good to be true, but it isn't. This is a lovely laptop that delivers all that it promises in the ad. Twice before I've bought inexpensive computers and one was ponderously slow while the other got really hot in no time. This one has no problems. It's lightning fast and stays cool no matter how hard you push it. The screen is great and so is the sound, and there really is all the memory promised in the ad. Internet connection and bluetooth are both great. Setup was simple. Some people seem to be unhappy about the American keyboard but it's really not a problem - only three keys are different, and it does come with the rubber template if you want it. LIke lots of people ( I suspect)I was a little uneasy about buying this but I'm really glad I took the plunge - I love it. I would happily have paid a bit more for a backlit keyboard, but I can live without it considering what I got for just less than three hundred pounds, it really is good!

What a bargain buy! A Windows 11 laptop which has a great battery life, is light weight, is fast and has a great display for a bargain of a price. As an IT professional I wanted a good value laptop which is fast loading, has a great display and has all the functions I need , this meets the mark and some! I would not hesitate to recommend the WAICID Laptop 15.6 Inch, 512GB SSD 12GB DDR4, Windows 11 Laptop to others. Whilst offering great value it is also packed with great features the USB-C port gives great transfer speeds as do the the USB 3.0 ports. The hdmi port outputs to my 85" tv with ease offering great quality picture and sound. Onboard storage is fast and reliable, and I love the mini SD card - which offers the option to have masses more storage which transfers data at lightning speeds. Without doubt the most best value product I have ever bought off Amazon. If you are novice user or more advance the WAICID Laptop 15.6 Inch, 512GB SSD 12GB DDR4, Windows 11 Laptop offers everything you need. Its quick to load up, initial setup was fast and very easy to follow and the laptop is light weight with a great responsive keyboard. An all round good buy!

I have had this laptop for a few months now, and I have been impressed with how it copes with everyday use, and when its used more extremely. I mainly use the laptop for playing / streaming music/ youtube streaming (Karaoke) the laptop works really well with no latency issues. The speed of the processor is great, from the quick windows boot up, to loading the desktop even with a custom graphic saturated background. Battery life has been great, graphics are really sharp and this transfers when laptop is attached to television, I purchased the adaptor to connect to HDMI, which works great. I have also had laptop attached to docking station and everything functioned great, display network etc. This is a great laptop and value for money, we are probably going to buy another for the kids homework.

When this arrived, the screen had a flicker in the top quarter, which didn’t go away with rebooting etc. it was not fit for purpose. The obvious option was to order a replacement and return the faulty one at the same time. However, Amazon’s Return policy did not offer a replacement. So I had to repack it, travel to a post office and it cost £15 to return. The returns policy only allows up to £4,75. So I needed to speak to Amazon to claim the whole amount as it was an unfair cost to me. Getting to actually speak to a person was challenging and took several calls, since the computer bots kept leading me down paths that weren’t relevant, so I had to keep retrying with different options. The whole process took far too long. So is the item any good? Who knows, maybe I-was unlucky. But if you have one with a fault, there is little support and limited options from Amazon. Popping down to a proper shop will be the replacement option as I can speak to someone without the hassle.

I needed a windows 11 laptop to test some software I am developing and make sure it works ok. This looked liked the best available and should do for what I wanted. I was amazed how good it was when I started to use it. Screen is large and easy on the eyes, Speed is good. Plays videos fine, sound is fine. I was a bit concerned about the keyboard overlay but, you forget it is there and - big bonus, it keeps the keys clean! It is a slim case but no obvious flexing. No idea on battery life yet but prpbably OK. Good to have full size USB ports as well as USB C and mini hdmi Not mentioned in the description but it has a very nice camera, and it is at the top of the screen which is a bonus. The touch pad is large and bit too sensitive but that was easy to change in settings. It worked hard over the weekend in a field driving a large screen through mini hdmi port with lap display for our 500 lap mower race (youtube video of the event playing in one of the pictures). To sum up a really good laptop for a surprisingly low price. Really pleased.

This was bought to replace a desktop which suddenly died. I was initially dubious thinking it may be to cheap but I have been pleasantly surprised, it is fast and easy to use. Battery life is pretty good, but don't plan on taking it out and about with me Very pleased with the purchase
