This watch has it all. It takes a bit to figure out all that it can do. The color is great. It’s easy to set up and get connected. Has many health functions. It is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts. My husband is in the woods and hiking a lot. He loves it!

I wasn't sure where to start, but I have to say this is the coolest and most useful gadget I've purchased in a long time.. It’s far more than a fun toy (which is what I expected); it provides high-level utility for daily life. I'm genuinely impressed by the functionality, especially the built-in flashlight, the navigation capabilities, and the outstanding solar-powered battery life. This has become a must-have piece of gear for me. Sad I waited so long to try one out!

I couldn’t be happier with my Garmin Instinct 2 Solar Tactical watch. I does everything I want and more. The exercise tracking, sleep metrics and body battery reporting provide me such great information about my health & fitness journey. As a CrossFitter for over 10 years, this is the first wearable that includes HIT clocks so I can choose from AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata or custom timers. I’m also very comfortable with wearing the watch during all activities due to its durability. I also love how all of my activity syncs with my iPhone though the Garmin Connect App and migrates into the Apple Health & Fitness App. It allows me to see all the data in different ways as well as track my goals and share my accomplishments with my peer group for accountability and support. As an outdoorsman, I love the navigation features, the tides app and the map features. Being outside in the dark, I have fiend the LED flashlight to be very useful. So far, the battery life has been incredible. The solar charging really extends the time between hooking up the charger. There is still so much this watch does that I haven’t even explored. Then, considering all the additional apps/features that can be added through the GarminIQ App, it seems the possibilities are endless. Lastly, receiving notifications from my phone make the device even more valuable as I never miss a text, call or reminder. I’d highly recommend the watch and the seller to anyone looking to get more from their wearable.

Huge upgrade. I've run the Instinct Solar Tactical for several years and love that watch. I recently went golfing with a buddy who had an Apple watch with the golf distances directly on it. I loved that idea, but can't bring myself to have a non-durable watch. This version includes Garmin Golf as an activity with gives you distances to the green and hazards. It is so handy for that application. It also has all of the other stuff I've come to expect from the Instinct. The solar capacity is much better than the original instinct, and I rarely have to charge it.

I wear this watch when I’m concerned about damaging my Tactix 7. I switched to a canvas band because the silicone band is was irritating my wrist. Also added a glass screen protector which enhanced the look of the face of the watch. Tracking seems accurate and I love that I get text messages and other notifications on the watch. It has stealth mode and a kill switch to wipe data if needed. I can’t speak to exact battery life but it lasts for days. I really like the fact that the LED torch can bet set to a dim green light. Also tested the night vision functionality and it worked well. I definitely prefer the AMOLED screen and other features of the Tactix but this is a good backup watch. I’ll admit, before the Garmins I never really wore jewelry, and certainly never to bed, but with the sleep and health tracking from the Garmin now I only take it off to shower and otherwise wear the watches 24-7. I even wound up buying an Oura ring for additional health data.

Husband loves it. Battery never dies and the solar works great and it feels great, on the wrist, like a regular watch. Doesn't get in the way though, even though it's a little bigger than other Garmin watches. He also wears it in the shower and at work where it fell in water, didn't do anything to it, not a scratch or water damage in sight. The fitness tracker is optimal because it switches on by itself, like you don't have to put it in workout mode.

An upgrade from the original Instinct Solar Tactical. Bigger screen, more information, and more functionality. One of the few gripes I have is the sensor package on the bottom, for heartrate. Unlike the original, which was a small, smooth mound with no ridges for discomfort, this version has what feels to be a small, flat glass cover over the optical sensors, and a small, plastic ridge around them. When worn directly on my wrist, and strapped tight, as I usually wear it, it can be mildly discomfortable. The light (White/green) is bright enough for small, close in tasks, and can illuminate the far side of a small room. It's recessed and protected, and discrete. Charges fairly fast, but I haven't had a chance to use it long enough to testify as to the solar charging functionality. Overall, good. I like it. If it's as reliable and good as my first, it'll be a reliable watch for many years to come.

The watch face is large and easy to read in any light. The watch is quite light for it's size and is very comfortable all day and through the night. The sleep tracker is quite helpful and seems to be very accurate with matching to how I feel when waking up. By far the most useful feature on this watch is the flashlight. I cannot count how many times in the last week I've used it, let alone how many times total. It casts a very easy on the eyes light with a strong center and gentle flood that makes navigating in the dark very easy without shocking your eyes. I also love the GPS info as we used it to mark and navigate back to our parking location at the Cold Lake Airshow this past weekend. The compass is excellent for a quick verification of direction and I really enjoyed playing with the barometer during our road trip through the Rocky Mountains. For charging, I may charge it once a month (I've owned it for 5 months now) if it needs it. Occasionally I can get it to read as infinite battery life, but even staying in direct sunlight for 5-6 hours a day it doesn't seem to quite keep up to daily use, but it will comfortably exceed an entire month on a single charge. Overall, this is a great watch and it'll even tell you the time!

Excellent GPS watch. Durable and light. Solar charging is a plus. All functions work well.

He tenido antes productos de garmin y este reloj combina la funcionalidad de varios productos , con la capacidad de prolongar la carga eléctrica con celdas solares integradas en la pantalla me gustaría que fueran un poco más compatibles las funciones independientemente de la edición para poder elegir el color que me gusta más sin que tenga relación a las funciones
