I have one of these but no idea how to make it grip. It slips off when i turn it. And the BB is very tight so how can i make it grip?

These can be v. stubborn sometimes as there is little contact surface, I managed to clamp a tube over the tool onto the bb and tap it gently with a hammer to loosen it. I would check out the GCN videos on YouTube if you need a little more idea of what I mean mate
