Flimsy shelves
Brilliant product, one of my better buys. It is made so well, yet the shelves don't fit. Too small. It let's this great oven down. You have to put tin foil on the shelves to make them fit.

Relieved
I have changed my previous review. When I got my unit, the shelves did not fit. After contacting the seller They knew some units had this issue. They sent me replacement shelves which fit perfectly and I`m now very pleased. All works as it should.

Only had it one year
This has packed up already. I've only had it a year. Does it have a garentee. I love it used it all the time. But it just packed up this morning. What can I do.

Great bit of equipment
I have been on the fence about an airfryer for ages, I was worried about keeping them clean. This is perfect, so easy to use. Love you can see the food whilst cooking. 5 out of 5

Excellent item to save time and money
We used the air oven alongside our smaller air fryer... instructions said 30mins for a whole chicken (!?).. We assumed it would be longer so experimented by setting the time in 15 minute slots.. took an hour to cook the medium whole chicken..on the rotisserie initially and then sitting on mesh shelf for last ten minutes... Still much quicker than the conventional oven and cheaper too Would say work out your own timing.. but still highly recommend the oven

Pathetic quality control
Shelves don't fit.jml said they will send"proper shelves"...still waiting! avoid this item.im done with Amazon now
