Hello. Chihuahua here. I have been asked to review my Tomkas sling, and frankly, it's about time someone consulted the actual passenger. When I was a tiny baby, this thing was MAGNIFICENT. I climbed in, snuggled against my human, stuck my little head out, and was transported everywhere like the tiny Mexican royalty I obviously am. I didn't have to walk. People admired me. My human carried all 4–6 pounds of my magnificence while I supervised. Five stars. No notes. Then I reached about 7 pounds. My human claims I "outgrew it." I prefer to say the sling failed to grow with me. The listing says it's for dogs up to 10 pounds, but as a Chihuahua with firsthand experience, I'm going to respectfully raise one tiny paw and disagree. At around 7 pounds, things started getting a little... snug. Could I technically get in there? Perhaps. Could I lounge luxuriously with the personal space to which I have become accustomed? Absolutely not. And before anyone suggests that I need to lose weight, I would like the record to reflect that I am not overweight. I am substantial. The sling itself is soft, comfortable, convenient, and was wonderful when I was smaller. I loved being carried around in it, mostly because walking is something humans invented and I see no reason to encourage them. So I highly recommend this for very small dogs and Chihuahua babies, but I wouldn't count on that 10-pound claim if your dog enjoys having room for things like ribs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for my puppy days. 🐾 Chihuahua Pro Tip: Buy it while you're tiny, enjoy being carried everywhere, and when you hit 7 pounds, demand an upgrade. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've been typing for almost three minutes and require a snack.

I absolutely love the Tomkas Small Dog Cat Sling Carrier Puppy Purse Transporter! The beige color is beautiful and goes with everything. Most importantly, my dog feels very comfortable and secure while riding in it. The extra front pocket is incredibly convenient for carrying treats, waste bags, keys, or my phone, which makes walks and trips much easier. Super deep so depending on the size. Our girl loves it. The straps are wide and the whole design is soft and comfy. Easy to wear. I’m afraid to hook her collar she should jump (I know right?!?) and choke herself. Love this travel method- size varies but four starts as I understand Thai has to be a huge challenge for the small 5lb-15lb group of babies.

Amazing dog sling carrier. The dog carrier is very roomy, well made, as described according to the description and size. I'm able to convert inside out. It has nice round buttons with nice stitched seams with a deep pocket to hold personal items . Very easy to put doggy inside carrier. Doesn't put stress on my shoulder while carrying my doggy. Very useful when sitting at computer and your doggy wants to be close to you while you are working or doing chores or vet appointments. I'm very happy with my purchase. A+ dog sling carrier!

It’s not quite what I expected. My dachshund isn’t really comfortable in it and it’s bigger than I expected! He’s only a few pounds. And it’s also no way to adjust the bag either.

10/10 would buy again. There are several other carrier options out there, but the reviews and star ratings on this one sold me. I ended up getting the gray one with the adjustable strap bc it provided the option to get the small size. I was really hoping to get the blue one, but that one only came in medium and was gonna be too big for my dog. But my 15 year old dachshund fell asleep in it within 1 minute of me putting her in. She LOVES it and is able to stay snuggled and warm while I work. I love the adjustable wide strap, feels completely comfortable for me as well.

I bought a size medium, my Yorkie is 7.5 lbs and he fits wonderfully! He absolutely loves being carried in it . I love that the strap is very adjustable and comfortable for me!

Love the little leash attachment, it offers stability. I do not fear of my puppy jumping out . It also snaps to create a smaller access, for your pet to peak out, so it’s enjoyable to play hide and seek with others. My very anxious puppy is becoming socialized early. This carrier offers versatility, and zippers work properly.

War ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Vater. Es ist zwar grottenhässlich, aber sowohl Hund als auch Herrschen lieben das Ding. Gerade für kleine, unruhige und verkläffte kleine Köterchen genau richtig zu Stadtbesichtigungen und Flohmärkten. Beide sind zufrieden und werden regelmäßig für Fotos angesprochen!
