What kind of warranty options does this come with?

I’m not sure with other peoples experiences, but I had originally bought the original powera fusion pro controller. After 3 months i was gaming so hard the trigger cracked. I reported the problem right away and in a week I able to get a new controller. After a month the trigger cracked again. I was still able to use the warranty and I got my new controller within days. Their customer support really did help me out.

Anyone else having an issue with cod vanguard that t1 is not working on the right side ?

I haven't played Vanguard, but noticed with other shooters that sometimes the trigger stops interfere with the functionality of certain weapons. Try playing with the stop fully disengaged for that trigger.

What’s the warranty on this controller?

I was able to get responses from customer service just fine. However, they refused to honor their warranty beyond a single replacement. When the controller doesn't last 2 months due to a defect in the design (inappropriate use of plastic for the trigger buttons), this means the warranty is really only a 2 month warranty.
