Eurographics 6000-0075 World War II Aircraft Avioane Puzzle, Various, 48 x 68 cm

Loved the challenge and that this was the first jigsaw I’ve ever done where I finished the edge last! A minor pity was that it didn’t include a printed and enlarged copy reference picture sheet, as the detail box lid is a tad too small to pick out the finer details - hardly a deal breaker.

Absolutely beautiful, hubby will love it. Well made and the pieces are not too small.

Usual excellent quality from Eurographics, with their unusual shapes too. But be warned, you'll need a magnifying glass most of the time, e.g. to read the typing, hunt down the right propellor shape etc. But good sense of achievement once it's done.

This was a fantastic buy. I bought it as a last minute gift for my Dad for Christmas and during Lockdown he got it out and honestly hasn't stopped going on about it. He likes old planes as is but he really took a shine to the puzzle shapes and found it challenging and satisfying. Will buy again from this seller

A jigsaw with a personal interest.

I bought this as a birthday present for my husband. He had already completed the train jigsaw, and enjoyed it so much, I added the planes. The cutting of it is unusual, but adds to its interest.

Daunting at first because it's a completely new kind of puzzle, but once you get the hang of it, it's brilliant.

My fathers eyes lit up when he saw this puzzle. He has yet to complete it but it looks great and he is 100! He served in the war and remembers when the first planes flew over his house.

I liked that it was delivered right to my front door just 2 or 3 days after it was ordered. I used Amazon because I originally ordered a WWII Aircraft 1,000 piece puzzle from another supplier but what arrived (some weeks later by mail) was a crunched box containing a 1,000 piece puzzle of National Parks. When I contacted the supplier they told me that they daily send out lots of puzzles and mistakes sometimes happen. They offered to discount the price by 15%. I responded that I didn’t care about a discount, I simply wanted the puzzle I ordered. About 3 weeks later in the mail I received another National Parks puzzle. The WWII Aircraft was for my brother who is recovering from a stroke and I knew it would be good for him for two reasons, the first, he loves old aircraft and secondly it would be good therapy for him. And thankfully Amazon came through.

Fun puzzle. Very difficult for new puzzlers. But quite a challenge. Would get again. All pieces present as well as matching box description.
