Is it available at 220v voltage?

No, it is not. I would never order this again as there is no alarm to tell you when the bucket is full. So you have to watch it the whole time so you can empty the bucket. Very disappointed.

Does this make crystal clear ice?

Mine does not make crystal clear ice but I really like my machine. The very first batch will have clear ends but all the rest will be a solid ice. I believe this is because the machine is colder as each batch is produced. Hope this helps.
