Yes, they are the correct ones. 99-14 truck engines for sure. I ran them in my 01 Silverado 5.3.

Will this pushrod length work with Elgin 1840p slooppy 2 Camshaft?

I'm not sure, buy a push rod length checker they're about 7 bucks or so on Amazon Google the stock length. My cam 587 578 lift with a stock rocker if that helps.
