Used this once to trim about a dozen branches. It cut well even through the thicker branches. The oiler worked good and the chain stayed tight the entire time. It is somewhat heavy to handle especially when fully extended. Only complaint is that you cant shorten it to use without the pole when cutting up the branches on the ground. The cover with the tensioner adjuster and lock is difficult to get seated all the way on correctly, it takes some patience and a few attempts. It gets the job done for a reasonable price.

Easy assembly, good power but heavy saw to hold fully extended. Good for small jobs. Did a good job on my Palm frauds.

After taking my time choosing what I thought would be the right pole for me as a 65 year-old woman 5‘4“ tall and 115 pounds, this product has so far proven to be very easy to use. The battery life is better than what I expected. This is the second max lander I have purchased as I have the chainsaw. Both cut very well. The reach on this pole song is more than enough. I’m not sure I could handle it being any longer because it would go beyond my strength. But when compared to my gas saw, I will choose this one every time. I had an entire days worth of work And held up all day long. I was not sore the next day. I have not yet used the hedge trimmer attachment, but I plan to very soon. This product may not be rigid enough for commercial work, but I think it is excellent for my yardwork. And yes, I did use it fully extended.

This product is very practical for me. There is a large tree right in front of my house, and its branches have grown over my roof. This product has been excellent in helping me trim them. The installation is simple, and the quality feels great. It is a bit heavy, and after using it for a long time, my arms felt quite sore, so it might not be very convenient for women to operate. Using it with a ladder makes it easy to trim the high branches, which is the main reason I bought it, as the tree in front of my house is simply too tall! Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Had an issue with my warranty they told me to take pictures I took pictures and sent them to them and they never ever contacted me again.

This 2:1 chain saw hedge trimmer combo is a must for tall hard to reach hedges, the chain saw had no issues cutting 2inch branches and the hedge trimmer cut thru 5/8 hedge branches, the battery life is acceptable, I have 2 batteries and they lasted 5 hrs, the picture with the hedge attachment and extension shows it is truly a force to contend with but you will need the shoulder strap (it’s included) definitely a tool I would recommend.

Great little saw, wish I had bought it sooner. This thing rocks right out of the box, I was able to cut all I needed to without charging it. comes with gloves, glasses, oil, screwdriver, 2 batteries and charger. The chain came off the saw and was put back with ease (no tools). all in all very pleased and arrived ahead of time. August 2025 update, saw broke at handle base where battery connects, hope it glues back correctly
