Fits & Works Great On SSR 110cc!
We bought our grandson an SSR 110cc Pit Bike. For what it is, it's pretty great but the constant bogging, studdering, popping and rough idle was annoying and frustrating. After a lot of poking around the general consensus seem to point to the OE carburetor. I came across a lot of Nibbi carb swaps on various cc bikes and most reviews seem to be good, so I figured for the price I'd pick one up and give it a try. It fit the bike fine and it most definitely resolved the sluggish feel, bogging and hesitation. I set the air screw one full turn out and the idle screw 2 1/2 turns out as a starting point. The bike fired up on the second kick and idle fine from the start. Something it had never done, and usually died a couple to a few times until it warmed up. I messed with the OE carb a few times and nothing really seemed to help. The Nibbi was a vast improvement right from the start. The air screw ended up about 1 1/8 turn out and the idle screw ended up about 3 turns out after tuning. Idle to off idle were great and a bit of studdering and bogging at about 1/2 throttle. The needle clip was set to slot 4 from the factory, I ended moving the clip up to slot 3 and it smoothed out the midrange. I haven't had a chance to run WOT to check the main jetting, but so far I'm really pleased with the carb so far. The little bike feels a lot more peppy and throttle response is a lot more responsive now. I had to rig up a spacer for the throttle cable as it is a bit too long, as the cable seat on the Nibbi is a bit shorter than the OE carburetor. At some point I'll pull the cable to measure it and order a new one about and inch or so shorter, but for now it runs. The measured outlet on the OE carburetor was 18mm and the step up to a 22mm carb made a noticeable difference. A great upgrade for not a lot of money, that woke up that little engine and looks pretty good and seems well made.

Must have if you want real power and response
This thing was add and go it made my 250 hawk come alive it’s power on bottom end went from 3 to 10 and I will say if your indecisive like me just buy it you won’t be disappointed. It’s better than any carburetor I’ve ever bought for a dirtbike hands-down

Nibbi pE22 review
Fantastic its made so much of a difference! Excellent quality and performance. Was easy to fine tune, had no leaks, and very easy to adjust. Air filter seemed a little big at first but tightened up easily with hose clamp very good air filter.

Performance and reliability
This is a great little carb. We replaced the stock junk carb with one of these and wow! It really wakes up your engine, idles good too. Instant throttle response, my little 150 now sounds like a Titan 450 beast, and it's only a little pitbike hehe. Love this carb.

Affordable and Effective
Installed on a 2022 SSR 140 BW that wouldn't idle with the stock carburetor. Installed, cranked and idled on the 2nd kick. Runs amazing with no adjustment needed. Extremely impressed for the quality and price.

Buy the Anodized Nibbi
This is the second Nibbi carburetor I have owned. The first was the gray, non-anodized variant and it was nothing but problems. The ten dollars more the anodized version costs lands you vastly better quality control. Installing the carb was easy. Tuning it took some finessing. My motorcycle is a 150cc, the upper end of what this carb can do, and the included pilot jets were making the engine run too lean but the included 112 main jet was perfect. I had to order some Nibbi jets to get the perfect tune. If I had a 125cc or even a 140cc, the included jets would have likely worked (I probably should have ordered the PE26). Despite still having the stock, restrictive exhaust (another reason for the tuning finesse requirement), the power gain is noticeable. I can pull hills at the speed limit when before my bike struggled. I was also able to get to 55mph (GPS verified and max speed limit where I live) when 50mph pre-Nibbi was difficult. If you are not afraid of jetting a carburetor (which is not as scary as it sounds to someone who is not mechanically inclined) for your Chinese made motorcycle, you'll get a great running machine that has better power and throttle response than the cheap fifteen-dollar carb your bike comes with from the factory.

Perfect fit for Thumpstar TSX 140
I bought a Thumpstar that had only three hours on the bike. The float valve was stuck in the carburetor, so I had to find a carburetor for it. Everybody was raving about these carbs, so I gave it a shot. I have one on my Chinese 250, but I bought it with it already installed. I am so glad I bought this. The bike has so much more power than it did before, it practically throws me off the bike in second gear. The only thing that I would mention about it is the choke is not in the best spot for my bike. I really have to struggle to get to it. It’s a real pain to get to, even with smaller hands. I’m trying to think if I can design a contraption to get the choke up and down Here is the best thing about this carb: you have a huge adjustment ball which you can adjust on the fly. You don’t have to stick your screwdriver in and adjust a tiny screw. This is perfect when you have elevation changes and you need to adjust the flow. You really can’t do any better than these carbs. Also, beautiful packaging and with the proper filter. If you are on the fence, don’t be. They really just work. I’m glad I did it.

Barely fits apollo blazer 9 atv125
I bought the 22mm thinking it would fit, but the blazer 9 is 19 I think. It barely bolted up without spacers to the manifold but there is contact with the carb and starter motor. I don't think it is a problem. Carb performs well with a adjustment to air screw and idle. Great quality carb. A little difficult to install slide cap as all are... update - shaved a little from bottom nub of car and fits well. apollo 125 needs 35 pilot and 110 main at sea level. works good. Also, you need to remove the bung from old carb filter for the case vent hose. just drill at the end of the new filter and bolt on with LOCKTIGHT. Loc... is a must. then reconnect hose. NOTE: the throttle cable will be too long. you need a new cable or do what I did and make a spacer out of large fuel hose (about 1.5 inches). cut the hose split and tape and zip tie at cable adjustment fittings. it works well.
