Pure is a great brand obviously, but this dosage falls right in the sweet spot for me! 2 capsules keeps my D3 levels just under 100 which is where I thrive.

I haven't been taking this D3 vitamin long enough to know its true efficiency (labs tests will confirm), but was convinced to purchase due to reviews and ingredient quality. No side effects whatsoever so far, and I've been taking it daily. Will update once lab tests confirm whether our Vitamin D levels are optimized or not.

I can't really tell if these Capsules are making my bones stronger or not. After spending 16 years at Tom Kelly's Kenpo Karate and receiving 3 broken ribs. Sparring with my classmates. I don't think I want to back to doing martial arts again at 70 years old just to find out if my bones have become stronger. Chuckle Chuckle. Although I dearly love martial arts and had alot of fun practicing them. I was 41 years old when I started and 57 years old when I quit. I was 53 years old when my ribs started breaking. What I do know is Pure Encapsulations is one of a few companies that comes highly recommended. Even though some of our well known supplement companies don't get a clean bill of health provider. I trust Pure Encapsulations.

Effective Supplement - Highly Recommend
Its difficult to review vitamins, because the effects take a good amount of time and are not always definitive because you take other things for whatever your ailment is. However, for Vitamin D supplement I can say that I consistently tested low on Vitamin D for years. A couple of times so low my doctor prescribed a strong D supplement. Since I have have been taking the Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 & K2, my annual blood work 2 years in a row has my D levels right in the middle of the healthy range. That said I would definitely recommend them.
