Very bad product. Dont buy it , it will make you lazy , tired , sleepy, i consumed it for a month and it disturbed my sleep quality , stop muscle recovery , wo I recommend you please dont buy it tottly money waste

Worked fine for me. I use this along with protein powder. The caffeine is low. Doesn't spike your heart rate (or atleast mine).
