Awesome Buy!
As a busy couple, my husband and I don't have time to go to the gym, so when we decided to start working out again, we knew it would have to be from home. This portable set caught my eye because it included so many different accessories. We just began using it but so far it is very effective and sturdy. We like it a lot. The push-up board is color-coded, so it’s easy to work out different areas. I appreciate that the resistance bands are made of natural latex, which feels durable and high quality too. I also like that the pilates bar provides a low-impact option, and the jump rope and ab roller wheel are fun to use. Plus, it’s all compact so it’s easy to store. I feel like this set has given me the flexibility to work out on my own schedule and in my own space. Very good products for at home exercises and also for travel, . It is compact, light weight and easy to pack. It comes with a bag too and a free nice jump rope, It's very convenient, easy to store, and easier to assemble. you can do an overall body workout. The push up board is pretty interesting when it comes to various exercises aiming at different parts of the body. The push up board is my son’s and I favorite,I love this gym set, I can literally perform so many movements with this. I feel like I’m getting a real quality work out, my husband loves it even my son love it too.instructions are very easy and easy to assemble, it also comes with training guide, very useful, highly recommended! Especially for those who want to get back in the gym/workout.Lets all start to get back in shape to be healthy not only for our physical health but also for our mental health!!

Nice for home workouts
When I first got this I used it every single day. (I've since given it to a friend, so time for a new one) 😉 I would ensure making sure the handles are clipped all the way in, there were times I didn't and in the middle of a push up my handle came off, but this a fault of my own, not manufacturing. It stays well on the ground without sliding. I would recommend buying some extra resistance bands, one of mine broke. The wheel setup was the only thing I didn't utilize very much as I couldn't find a way to place my knees comfortably. They show two different examples, one on Amazon, and one in the instruction booklet. Neither one was nice to my knees and this was also on a yoga mat, so there was a little support. All in all, it's a nice product to have for home.

It's okay
Push up board is great. Ab roller, rope, grip trainer are great. The bar is good quality. The resistance bands could be heavier. The ankle straps won't stay on with any kind of resistance to them.

Solid Gym System for the Price!!!
This board is well constructed. Both my husband (230lb) and myself (140lb) have been using it over the last week since we got it and BOY DO MY ARMS HURT. I forgot how many different muscles the various positions really target. Great way to switch up a simple workout. While we primarily bought it for the pushup function, the rest of the system is top notch as well! The roller bar is something I never thought to have in my home - I'm impressed with the quality. Excited to use the jumprope in the future. Everything seems like solid quality and pretty durable. Great system to add to my pilates workouts. So far, so good! Highly recommend!

Great for starting out
it's a good way for the new or inexperienced to workout from home. I need to use more to see the quality and durability as the material of the board is ABS. The manual needs improvement. You can definitely get a full body workout and it requires very little space so it’s perfect for people who don't have to room for equipment .

Pretty much a bunch of junk
Straps won’t stay on unless I use the lowest tension band they offer. Pretty overall cheap feel, pretty obvious corners were rounded clean off here. when using the wheel on the floor the whole unit just pulls up unless I am in a very awkward position. Putting more effort keeping the plastic base on the floor than actually exercising. Absolute crap.
