Very tasty, didn't read the ingredients until I felt a slight heat, not hot, then read it had black pepper, which is fine as it activates curcumin in turmeric. Fruity taste, but boy, my energy has improved. Been using it for a few weeks now, and only just realised how less tired I am.

I have been taking the liquid turmeric for many years and I find it excellent for reducing inflammation in my joints. I am 75 and have had hip replacements and operations to reduce pain in my hands. I very rarely need to take strong pain relief and obviously this avoids medication side affects. 6 months ago I began trying the liquid turmeric with ashwaganda and I have really noticed a drop in anxiety levels! So many conditions are either caused or exacerbated by inflammation in the body, that anything helping to control it, is welcome. Consistency is the key - take it before food, every morning - it’s not something you take when the pain starts.
