Fantastic dog grooming kit - did a great job on my 2 year old springer spaniel! So easy to use and I feel it had a great result. Plus saved me spending an extra £30 at the groomers. Only thing it lacks (in my view) is thinning scissors but otherwise I can’t complain! Here’s the before & after

Perfect. I’m a novice dog groomer but these work great. They are low noise so the dogs quite happy and the blade stays cool.

Great clippers with a variety of length range. Dogs safety is never in doubt, used several times and never had an issue. I charge up and then battery life lasts for me to clip the dog out with no panic to plug back in.

I decided to try these, because at the price if they weren't very good it wasn't the end of the world. I used them yesterday for the first time to give my working cocker spaniel a 'working' hot weather cut. They totally outperformed my expectations. They were quieter than expected, cut through the hair effortlessly and the ability to go from .8mm to 2mm length with the rotating bezel is an excellent extra. The clipper guards are supplied, but I didn't and won't use them. The supplied scissors were also decent, sharp with a squared off end for safety. The clipper is also cordless, which made life so much easier. Overall, they are excellent, not 400 quid Heinigers, but at this price point who cares. They are cheaper than the cost of one cut at the doggy salon and I have 2 working cocker spaniels who require a cut every 6 to 8 weeks. Does the job very well, nice and quiet. The clippers are not too heavy to hold and do the job good enough for an in between groom. For the money they are a good price .

I got my first show cocker who is of course adorable. Living in the country, she spends all day running round in the muddy fields with her adopted brothers. I decided it would be a good idea to clip her legs and tummy so she looks more like a Cocker and less like a dirty mop. These clippers were ok for the job. I used them plugged into the mains as I have never clipped a dog before and expected it to take a while. I have not yet tested the battery function. They will not clip through knots. You must make sure the dog is brushed through. Having said that I was surprised how well they did once I got the hang of it, considering the low price. Oil them well before starting (oil supplied) and stop from time to time to brush out the fluff from the clippers using the little brush provided. I found the clippers did well on the legs against the direction of growth. They were also good on the tummy. I don't think they would be as good if you wanted to cut the long hair on a Cocker's back. If you wanted an all over clip it might be better to get the first clip done by a groomer. For me, I wanted to keep my Cocker's top coat long and also keep the chest feathers and 1980s bouffant fringe as I think these things are so beautiful on this dog. Now this is turning into a Cocker Spaniel review rather than a clipper review. Apologies. To summarize; I would recommend these to pet owners who want to tidy up their dog from time to time. They are not professional grade but are useable and reasonable for the price.

Jag har en liten blandras tik, (Cairnterrier / dvärgpudel / springer spaniel) som jag klipper själv. Har vi flera år kämpat med olika trimmers och var på gränsen till att betala någon annan för att klippa henne när jag kom över denna fantastiska maskin, och för ett mycket bra pris dessutom! Vilken skillnad! Har lagt till två bilder, en före och en efter 🐾 Kan varmt rekommendera 👍🙂

Mon chat avait des boules de poils bien coriaces, et ça m’a pris plusieurs sessions pour tout enlever. On peut retirer environ 1 cm en 30 secondes, donc il faut y aller doucement, surtout si votre chat n’est pas super coopératif 🐱💨. Et je coupe progressivement le "tapis" avec le ciseau. Côté positif : le bruit est très faible, à peine moins qu’une tondeuse à cheveux, et mon chat était à côté de moi sans stress… une fois il a même ronronné 😸💖. La coupe n’est pas professionnelle, mais pour le prix, c’est honnêtement très correct. Bref, un bon outil pour les petites retouches et l’entretien régulier, mais n’espérez pas raser un chat complètement emmêlé en 5 minutes !

Aprovecho para decir que es una raza increíble, poco conocida en España, y recogido de bebé en una protectora local. Por fa, sed responsables, no compres, adopta, y no abandones! 🩷 🔊Este tipo de perros no se suelen pelar como tal ( _somos conscientes_ ), ya que normalmente se usa la técnica de "stripping" con cuchillas de "trimming", pero por salud hemos tenido que hacérselo. 🔊Lo hemos pelado varias veces con la anterior máquina de cable, marca Nalk&Rey (del carrefour) y era una odisea, porque se calentaba y prácticamente no tenía potencia ninguna, por lo que echábamos bastante rato. 🔊Con esta, sin embargo, he tardado menos de la mitad! No se calienta el motor, quizá un poco la parte debajo de las cuchillas pero nada preocupante. 🔊Tiene muy buen corte, casi no se notan en el pelaje las líneas de los cabezales. La posición giratoria 2 ya deja bastante corto (y casi rapado calvo), y con la otra maquina así no lo dejaba ni en el 0. No sé atranca, corte limpio y con nada de pupitas o arañazos. Tras pelarlo, la he puesto a cargar y en menos de 5 minutos ya ha aparecido la luz verde, o sea que carga súper rápido. 🔊Es un perro de 5 años bastante tranquilo, o sea que el ruido no era problema, pero ya digo que no hace para nada escándalo.
