We bought these to replace the old wired patio lights we used around our RV, and it ended up being a great upgrade. The biggest advantage is not having to deal with extension cords or finding an outlet anymore. Since these are solar powered, we can hang them wherever we want around the awning area and they work perfectly. One feature I really like is the dual charging option. Most of the time the solar panel keeps them charged just fine during the day, but it’s nice knowing you can use the USB charging option if you have a stretch of cloudy weather at the campground. That flexibility is really helpful when traveling. The remote control is also a great touch. Being able to change brightness levels, switch between lighting modes, and even set a timer without getting up is super convenient when we’re relaxing outside in the evening. The brightness settings are nice too—soft for ambient lighting or brighter when you want more light around the RV. One thing to note, these are manual lights - meaning they do not automatically come on. Once on, you can set the timer for how long to stay on. The lights themselves look great and give off a warm, cozy glow that’s perfect for evenings at the campsite. They’re bright enough to enjoy the space without being harsh. Overall, these were an excellent replacement for our wired RV lights. They’re easy to install, flexible to use, and the solar/USB combo makes them reliable even when the weather isn’t perfect. If you’re looking for simple outdoor lighting for an RV, patio, or campsite, these are definitely worth checking out.

Excellent, turns on at dusk, off by 2:30 Am but if needed it as of now it’ll go on till morning comes and remote is definitely a plus. I ordered 1 and was going to try one other brand but this is Definitely the light to have in the case the power goes out. is mellow brightness but bright enough to get through the night.

They work really well, I have the lights set to come on at dusk, run on super bright for 4 hours then turn off. So far they have been flawless. They aren't super bright they illuminate the area though. I strung the lights along my fence, I just draped them over the post and placed the solar panel on the ground facing towards the direction of the sun. They have endured a very hard rain and I saturated the solar panel a few times because it is next to my garden and it hasn't been an issue. When I go camping I will take them off the fence and take them with me. They can also be USB charged. I charged the device to full when I first got it and since it's been on solar.

Nice lighting, easy installation and maintenance. After 2 years one of the bulbs stopped working. Unfortunately, I don’t know where I put the spare light bulb that comes in the package so I had to purchase a pack of bulbs. I’m hoping they fit correctly - I’m waiting for them now. I had previously purchased a set recommended by the automated answers but they did not work. If the ones I just purchased work, I’ll update my review with the item part number.

I’ve been using these Addlon 54FT solar string lights for my outdoor space, and overall they create a really nice vibe. One of the best features is the solar power combined with the USB charging option, so you’re not stuck if there isn’t enough sunlight. Installation was pretty simple, and the lights feel durable and weather-resistant, which is important for outdoor use.  On the downside, brightness isn’t super strong—they’re more for ambience than lighting up a large area. Also, performance can depend on how much sunlight the panel gets during the day. Overall, these are great for creating a relaxing outdoor setup, just don’t expect super bright lighting.

These work so well for our camp site I bought 4 so far. They’re bright and adjustable to a few settings. One is perfect for low light ambience and they look like old fashion lights. Solar panel is big and all seems to be charging and lasting like it should. Definitely great value for the cost

So the lights MUST be charged inside first. After not coming on for two days (one day was cloudy), we charged them indoors and they worked tonight. While there’s really only a difference between 2 of the 3 light settings, we still enjoy having the garden lit at night. Now we wait hoping to be the ones with solar string lights that work for at least 2-3 years. (I’ll update if they last beyond a year.) I enjoy the remote for being able to power on/ off, the light settings, various modes, and the length of time lighting at night.

Absolutely recommend these lights to ANYONE! They are absolutely perfect for our porch. The installation was easy. There is different settings, my favorite is the dim setting. It sets a wonderful tone for sitting on the porch. Not to much light and that’s what we like. But there is a feature to make them brighter. We have the solar panel on the roof of our home and it stormed a few nights ago and it did not damage it. So 100% water proof.
