Not sure how long it will last
The ball is hard and makes squeaky noise when used making me wonder how long it will last. Otherwise good size for medium areas MFR.

Black parts are super slippery
This could be the perfect ball, the yellow portions are great and have some sort of "grip" against walls or the floor, in contrast the black portion is super slippery so you have to be very careful when using this to not slide. Giving it 3 stars because I got these on discount. This could have been the best ball if those black parts weren't so slippery

Gets the Job Done
This product is solid and on the hard side. It does not have much give, and that it what I want/need for my purposes. In terms of size, think of it as about the size of a softball, which is exactly what I was seeking.

Not for massage
You can literally trigger more pain with this ball .,It's not only to hard for proper massage, but this black plastic cap on each side, makes it impossible to keep the ball rolling smoothly. These black caps will also leave black marks on your wall. No good for foot, shoulder or hip pain relief..

Used this for massage after carpal tunnel release surgery and it was very helpful

Reaches the parts that other balls can't reach!
Really happy with this purchase. hard to find a massage ball (other than the spiky balls, which I find split in half after a while) that is ~10cm. Starting to prefer this over a foam roller for some areas of trigger point release, especially around the hips. Also great for getting into the hamstrings - unlike the lacrosse size balls which I find are too small to work properly. The rough surface is pretty good for non-slip too. Yet to find out its durability - but it looks very robust.

Je suis un gars de 230 lbs, je fait beaucoup d'entrainement physique et pour masser et travailler en profondeur, je la trouve parfaite. Elle est pas trop molle et pas trop dur.
