Amazon Basics Lightweight Sleeping pad

I’m impressed with this sleeping pad. It’s a huge upgrade from an old-fashioned air mattress—slender, lightweight, and it folds down into a compact bundle that easily fits in a suitcase. It inflates quickly and easily, and when it’s time to pack up, it deflates just as fast. Even better: it actually folds back up without a fight and slips back into the carrying bag with no trouble. Comfort-wise, this pad surprised me. I spent a lot of the summer traveling and sleeping on different (often too-firm) beds, and I wanted something that could add cushion without taking up much space. I tested this by laying it on the floor and it felt supportive without creating pressure points. And no leaks! It held air very well. I bought it for an upcoming international trip where I’ll likely be on a bunk or an uncomfortable mattress, and this is exactly what I needed—small enough for luggage, but still provides that extra layer of comfort. Overall, it’s compact, easy to use, comfortable, and packs away neatly. Highly recommend if you need a travel-friendly sleeping pad.

I purchased this mattress pad last October. I never used it because it looked so thin. I just went on a quick camping trip and tried to minimize what I was taking. This pad made a big difference, it held the the air for 2 nights and very comfortable for my back. I used it on a cot and it didn't slide. Highly recommend for a good night's sleep.

Inflated and used in a hammock for camping. The first night was fine, inflated easy and held air. On the second night of the campout, I noticed it had lost air. When I got home, I inflated and left alone overnight in a bedroom in the house. By the next day, it was flat. No signs of any puntures, so I am guessing one of the valves or a seam is faulty. Returned for a refund. May try another one in case I got a bad item.

I sleep very well on this pad. It has held up well so far. I like the builtin in pump. It inflates very quickly. It says it's a foot pump but you have to use your hand in order to seal the intake. It's not a problem.

This is perfect for my 10 year old son who is a Scout. He was excited about the foot pump and once he figured it out, he was good to go. This is lightweight and when inflated provides just enough support to make the ground or a hard cot more comfortable. It was easy to deflate and get back into its original stuff sack. We haven’t had it long, but no problems with air loss so far.

It's too bad these designers don't really put much consideration in these products. This would be great if it were shorter than 72 inches long. There are unfortunately too few options for car camping, and not all of us are pro basketball players. Instead of making something the same as everyone else, they could have offered a shorter version at the same price and it would be way more usable. As it stands it sucks outright for car camping. Inflating it is pretty easy, but packing it back up is an infuriating multi-stage process where you have to pre-roll it to get all the air out, then unroll and then do a double-fold while you roll it back up, in less than comfortable conditions. It just sucks. Global average height is, what, 5' 7" (171cm)? And is anyone really going to care if their feet hang off in a tight camping situation?

Absolutely love this. It’s easy to set up and take down. It’s compact and can easily fit in a bag pack without taking up much space. This came in handy for a field training for army. Comfort was amazing. Air retention was great.

Very light, packs down small and is decently comfortable. Seems to hold air but I need to test overnight to confirm. Would definitely recommend. It’s also a taller option than most (75” vs 72” for others) meaning I don’t have to buy an expensive long and wide option (at 6”1, I just fit) Seen a fair amount of reviews saying the foot pad doesn’t work but I don’t think people know to cover the plug with your foot when stomping down. I had no troubles
