12/24/60 Pack Archery Target Pins for Holding Target Face/Paper on EVA Foam

They are exactly what they look like and work very well. They hold my paper targets up.

I sort of knew going in these would probably not work all that well for my application so it might seem odd that I am giving these a five star rating, but they are good target pins if you are using them with right type of target. If you have any kind of dense target that is made from foam or pressed layered material these will work well. What I have is a large 4' x 5' bag target that has a wooden frame with two layers of mess screen in front of it to hang targets. Similar to what you might find at an indoor archery range or club. These pins are too smooth to grab and hold on to the mesh and fall to the ground after only a few shots. That said, they do come in handy for making the initial pilot hole through the mesh, which is pretty tough to do with the dull plastic screw type pins that do work with the mesh screening. They were inexpensive to try and can be used in a pinch so not a total waste of money. In the end if you have an archery target like the one I described these will not work well for you. But if you have a target you shoot directly into and just want to mount a target face to the surface....these will work well and come at a very fair price.

These are great for holding archery targets. The heads deflect the arrows enough to not ruin the points.

These look like they will work for what they stated, but the main reason I chose these instead of others is that the picture shows them having two teeth at the base of the plastic housing, these don't have them. Not a super big deal, but I wanted the teeth because they would hold the target even more securely. 4 stars

These are great target pins. These are sturdy pins and a great value. Can’t go wrong with them

I got these to replace a bag of plastic target pins I purchased a few years ago. The plastic work fine for some target materials, but they often snap in half of you have to put any real force behind them. That is not the case with these metal pins. I have no issue driving these into any target face I've encountered. One pack will last you quite a while.

I am not an archer; instead, mostly rifle target shooting. I purchased these as an alternative to stapling targets to my backer. Lo and behold, they worked great! First time out was on a windy, rainy day. I thought they might pull out, but that never happened. I have since purchased more and have introduced them to my range partners. They love them too. I'll never go back to staples.
