Small, but really worth the price
I've had a VEVOR mini-lathe for a few months now and needed a small grinder suitable for sharpening my cutting/turning tools. This one, even though it is rather small, when it arrived yesterday, it turned out to be the perfect size to do what I needed it for in the first place. I mounted it on a quickly constructed shelf addition to my workbench (see photo) and assembled the "spark shields' and tool rests per instructions in the enclosed manual.Gave it the test on a damaged cutoff tool and it worked perfectly for sharpening the tool. I was very pleased with the quality of construction, and though it's speed is not adjustable and it's a bit slower then the old one I had, it does the job nicely and it's super quiet compared to others I've had. Assembly is easy and quick, It comes with a flexible shaft and a small box full of extra tools. It looks and feels very solidly built and it should last a long time. The grinding & polishing wheels are easily repaired. It would be hard to find this quality in a grinder this small, but this one fills the niche handily. I'd buy it again if necessary as the Value for the money is right on target.

Perfect
Mounted a diamond wheel on one side and I can sharpen anything up to our sawmill teeth. If you can hold something steady, this LITTLE unit will allow close, fine work. BONUS.....it is 3/8 shaft and they include a 3/8x1/2 bushing. Armor making daughter already has eye on another dremel type for her to use. THIS UNIT SHINES IN FINE DETAILED WORK. It will sharpen small drill bits all day. With a $20 diamond wheel, carbide tips are in play. NEAR SILENT RUNNING. Made the cost of it back sharpening 30 carbide saw bits for the sawmill. SMOOOOOTH.

Good quality little grinder, but they should include better quality accessories.
A nice little grinder overall but the supplied grinding wheels vibrate. I've remounted the wheel a couple of times. but it didn't help. The grinder doesn't vibrate without the wheels installed.

A MUST HAVE for the Woodworking Hobbyist or Pro
One of my best friends recently retired from his position at the local school district after 31 years and decided to leverage his woodworking skills as a supplemental income. I have watched him painstakingly cut, whittle, carve, and assemble blocks of wood, old tree stumps, or even limbs into everything from beautiful wooden bowls to pipes to pens to tables to other pieces of furniture and everything in between. As that person whom feels they have to help everyone, especially when help isn’t sought, I took it upon myself to assemble him a set of bench top wood working power tools. I decided on VEVOR based on my personal experience with the brand and neither of us could be happier. One of those bench top woodworking power tools is this Bench Buffer / Polisher / Grinder. While I could have ordered a dedicated bench grinder and had him change out the wheels as he switched from grinding to polishing to buffing, I opted for dedicated tools for each task group to minimize time consumed in changeovers and streamline his crafting process. This bench top unit operates at a fixed motor speed of 3,590 RPM and it’s ideally suited to buffing and polishing tasks. It can be used for metal or wood working depending on the type of abrasive (grinding) and polishing wheel you have attached. While we haven’t used it for plastics, glass, or other materials, it should do fine with them, too. The electric motor is brushless which will reduce maintenance and increase longevity (in theory); its operation is smooth and it’s surprisingly quiet (this is relative to the material being worked). This tool comes with a fiber wheel (semi soft / moderate abrasion), a wool wheel (soft / polishing and buffing), and a hard grinding wheel. They are typically used in conjunction with each other much like using different grits of sandpaper when finishing wood or even metals. Although we operate a mineral and fossil conservation business, I haven’t asked my friend if I could try my hand at using the grinder / polisher / buffer on a rock or fossil. I’m not sure I will but it’s always a possibility. Like all VEVOR products I’ve used, this grinder / polisher / buffer is well designed and built from quality materials. I purchased VEVOR because my experience has demonstrated that it’s built to last. This tool is no different. The tool is AC powered and plugs in to a standard NEMA 5-15R outlet. No special power considerations are required. Weighing in at just under four pounds (this varies slightly depending on which wheels are attached), it handles small to medium tasks well. The unit was made with safety in mind and its diversion shields help keep the byproducts of grinding and polishing away from the operator. Even so, I recommend that you always wear task / use appropriate PPE (this means eye protection and a particulate filtering mask at the very least). Don’t be fooled by the tools size, it can be just as dangerous as its full size cousin. Always use with caution. In addition to the physical grinder, you’ll be pleasantly surprised (I WAS) that it includes a flexible shaft tool that can be used like a rotary tool with accessories for a variety of detail tasks from cutting to grinding to polishing. The flexible shaft attaches to the grinder / polisher / buffer main unit and extends its rotary power to the detail tool. Everything about this tool makes it easy to operate. It will make a mess quickly so you may want to use it with a shop vac or dust collector nearby. Fortunately, it’s easy to clean, too. Personally, I hate metal / wood / plastic shavings as well as dust. I’ve found that cleaning after each use adds life to the tool. The set includes over 100 accessories that will make using the tool nothing short of a dream. Price wise, these tools are inexpensive when compared to their full size counterparts. They deliver an excellent value for the applications suited. If you need full size tool performance, this series of tool isn’t for you. If your gig is crafting, you want to check it out. My woodworking friend spends hours with his new tools and that tells me everything. VEVOR isn’t letting either of us down. I would not hesitate to make the same investment again.

Not very powerful
This item isnt meant for anything that has any size to it. Like seriously even a small rock was stopping the wheels. The sander it comes with isnt very good either. I think the harbor freight might be better quality for the same or similar price. It ended up not working for me and it just sits there collecting dust. Even the small grinder attachments dont do anhthing. The amount of power it uses is relatively small. But wasnt really worth it

For light projects
Works fine for light home projects, will stop under heavy pressure on wheel. Small light projects only otherwise you will get frustrated stopping the wheel all the time.

If you need a grinding tool and don't have big space
good aid in sharping tools. Doesn't have a big footprint, important in a small shop
