Solder works well and it is useful to have the small syringes to apply solder direction where you need it. Only issue is that the plunger doesn't fit the shaft so they just fall out, but not a big issue as it gets the job done, just odd manufacturing choice.

Excellent flux for precision work. The fine point needles are very good for manual smd soldering. I was perplexed by the plunger that doesn’t seem to fit, and returned to the reviews for some insight. Apparently these tubes of flux are made for a flux gun of some kind. And the vendor put together this little kit with a plunger that belongs in a large syringe, not this. But it was a great thought because I don’t have a flux gun, or a flux dispensing machine. So this works great. I took a small piece of e-tape, folded it up, a used that to stick the plunger into the end of the flux tube. It works perfectly. The flux comes out precisely. It heats quick, cleans the PCB and parts well, and doesn’t smoke much. It’s a win-win for me.

I bought this flux as a beginner in micro soldering. It seems to work well, very little cleanup ( yes you still need to cleanup) however the plungers it comes with have no o rings on them or rubber ends, so it wiggles around in tube and will fall out if you pick it up without putting your thumb on it. See video attached, therefore I gave it a 4 star due to its annoyance.

As others have said, the flux is very good. It's got a fairly high rosin content and it's very active at lower Temps, so it works very well with lead or lead free solder. The two sizes of tips for each syringe is very welcome. For hot air rework this flux is very effective. The big complaint is the plunger for the syringe. It's the correct size for the syringe, but it doesn't have the normal rubber plunger on it. It's instead just the plastic part that loosely sits in the syringe and pushes against a pre inserted plastic plunger. It doesn't work well at all and you will end up fighting with the syringe to get the flux out, and then it will be in uneven amounts. The syringe was made to be used with either an electric dispenser or a manual dispenser. The plastic plunger was included for unknown reasons because it just doesn't work with the syringe the way its setup. I have both types of dispenser and it works well with both. You can find the manual dispensers here on Amazon for between $10 - $20, and they well worth it. They give far greater control on how much and precision placement of the flux. Electric glue dispensers with foot pedal control can be found here but are needlessly expensive. Look elsewhere for them in the $60 range at 120v. These syringes will work fine with them.

Works nicely and the dispensing mech is great for precise placement of small amounts. I actually like that the plunger doesn't stay in it. I've had no problems with it falling out while using it and taking it out when I put it away means I don't have to worry about it dispensing when I toss it in my soldering tools drawer. It comes with WAY more than I'll ever get through as a hobby user. I'll probably give the other three tubes away to friends who haven't learned the wonder of flux on electronics yet!
