Will this gymnastics bar tip over when my 7-year-old does kips and pullovers? I’m worried about safety on hard floors.

Great question! Our bar features Unique arched base design that provides safety stability and prevents tipping during dynamic movements like kips, pullovers, and casts. The non-slip rubber feet grip securely on hardwood, tile, and carpet floors.

Our gymnastics bar has a tested weight capacity of 250 lbs, which means it’s more than capable of supporting both your child and occasional adult use. The carbon steel frame and three base connect bar are engineered for stability at full capacity

How long does assembly take? Is it easy for someone who’s not handy with tools?

Assembly takes about 10 minutes and we’ve made it as straightforward as possible. All tools are included in the box, clearly step-by-step instruction. Most customers tell us they assembled it with minimal help.

Can kids adjust the height themselves? My 8-year-old wants to change it depending on what she’s practicing
