I waited awhile to leave a review because I really wanted to use it for a few weeks first. I love this pillow. I didn’t realize how much my knees hurt until the pain went away. The shape is very comfortable for me. I tend to move from my left side to my back and on the left side again when I sleep. It’s small enough that it stays where I put it when I move. So far it’s stayed cool too so that’s a plus. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Quality- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚪️Value- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚪️Overall Rating- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚪️As a side sleeper, I have back pain in the mornings if I do not appropriate support my spine while I sleep. Historically, I've used regular bed pillows, or couch pillows to help utilize for support. I recognized that I could use something that is more specifically designed for support and thought this product could help. Overall, the product is built well, is soft and has contour to fit your knees accordingly. Personally, I wish it was a little bit bigger and maybe a little more supported as I feel like its size impacts the ability to wholly support me (and I'm not a big person). I also think that because it is so small, it is easy to "lose" in the middle of the night if you turn and move around in your slumber - something that is bigger might be able to stay in place or move with you!

This has definitely helped with back pain and support between knees while sleeping. It doesn't make me sweaty or too hot while using it and I noticed I do sleep a bit better with it. Great quality, I haven't washed it yet, had it about 2 weeks. Great product for the price. The shape is amazing with contouring between your knees, I recommended this product to a friend already. :) very satisfied!

I used to have the rectangle one for a couple of years but left it at a hotel. So thought I would try this shape. I’ve been using it over 2 weeks and can’t get used to it. I wish I had ordered the same one I had before.

Pending hip surgery, it was difficult to sleep on my side.... when I was ordering items suggested by the orthopedic doctor for post-surgery needs, I saw this little pillow.I can tell you; it allows me to sleep on my left side with no pain from one leg crossing over the other. Its small size is better than using a spare pillow as the pillow keeps moving out of place.

After losing 45 lbs, I would wake up with sore hips and a sore back several times at night. I sleep on my side and couldn't get used to any other position. This pillow gave me the first comfortable night's sleep I've had in months! It seems good quality and is a really comfortable shape for the way I sleep. Best purchase in a long time

I’ve tried other “knee” pillows as I’m a side sleeper & have hip joint pain at night. This has been the only one that doesn’t pop out while sleeping and moving because of its size/shape. Less pain too !Highly recommend !
