Contour Legacy Cool Leg & Knee Foam Support Pillow for Side Sleepers Soothing Relief for Back, Hips, Knees, Joints, Nerves & Muscles

I bought this because I’ve been dealing with some lower back pain, especially at night, and wanted to see if sleeping with a pillow between my knees would help. I’ve definitely noticed a difference since I started using it. It keeps my legs in a comfortable position and seems to take some of the pressure off my lower back while I sleep. I also really like the cooling feature. I tend to sleep warm, so I was worried a memory foam pillow between my legs might get hot during the night, but that hasn’t been an issue with this one. It’s comfortable, supportive, and stays noticeably cooler than I expected. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to other side sleepers dealing with back or hip discomfort.

Loving this cushion support. It seems to be well made and it allows me to sleep more comfortably without tossing and turning. It keeps my hips aligned during the night and now I awaken refreshed and pain free. I appreciate the cooling addition that helps with keeping my legs from getting too hot. It’s firm, but not hard. It is a perfect fit for me.

All I can say is this pillow is amazing. My husband got up every single morning complaining of back and leg pain that has all gone away. He is in such a great mood and I might ask mention that he is in his 80s and this is just a powerful pillow

This is okay, but too small/thin to really work as intended and compresses very much when used. It bounces back, but I think it needs to be firmer and thicker/larger to work as intended.

I love the contour legacy cool pillow. It stays cool, very soft, easy to use and helps with my sciatica. The only problem and I hope they send me another pillow slip was one of the pillow slips that cover the pillow has a slit in it that looks like a finger nail puncture when I opened it.

The cooling aspect is the standout feature for me. I tend to run hot at night, and this pillow has stayed noticeably cool, which has made sleeping much more comfortable. Even with the pillow cover on, it hasn’t trapped heat or made me feel warm. Before this, I used to stack smaller pillows or use a neck roll between my legs to keep my hips aligned. That setup was bulky and shifted a lot when I moved during the night. This pillow is much more practical. It fits the natural shape of my legs, stays in place, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. I am still adjusting to the smaller size. I think a slightly larger version could have been ideal, but I’m comfortable with it and getting used to the fit. The pillow cover is also worth mentioning. It’s well made, slipped on easily, and feels breathable. It doesn’t add any extra warmth, which I really appreciate. In terms of pain relief, I’ve noticed about a 5–10% improvement in my lower back pain so far. It’s still early, so I don’t want to over-credit the pillow yet, but I do feel some relief and better alignment, especially compared to my old setup. Overall, this has been a very practical and comfortable solution for side sleeping. If you’re someone who sleeps on their side and usually puts a pillow between your knees to keep your hips aligned, this is a great option. I’m optimistic that with continued use, the benefits will increase, and I would recommend it to other side sleepers looking for a less bulky, cooling, and supportive alternative.

Because I am a warm sleeper, I was concerned that a knee support pillow would be too hot and irritating. This pillow, however, has been nearly perfect — cool, well-contoured, right-sized and comforting, rather than annoying. The one thing that keeps this from being a five-star review is that, in less than 6 weeks, the zipper on the cover has broken. It doesn't affect the pillow's usability, but still 😐

There is a flaw with it and it is just its smell

Love this pillow. It's actually is cooling in the centre and it fits perfectly between your knees. and I use it every night to sleep so that my hips don't hurt and I don't wake up with red knees from them leaning on each other and it's way smaller than using another pillow

Very happy with this. It’s very comfortable and is almost one with my body. I am a side sleeper and don’t have sore hips anymore

Not as cool as i thought it would be but other then that its a fabulous leg and knee pillow. Eliminated hip issues I had been waking up with.

Really comfortable post knee replacement. Was able to sleep on my side well and woke refreshed. Great cooling pillow.
