I waited until I had used these cutting boards for at least a 2 months before giving my opinion. I am totally impressed by the quality, I did not expect them to be this good. I use my cutting boards at least once a day if not more. The surface on these boards is very hard which aids in the chopping and mincing. The pebbly texture is only on the largest board the smaller boards are smooth. I held the largest board up to the light to check for cut marks because that board is used the most. While it does show scratches there is no peeling which I was concerned might be a problem (see photo). Most of the time I rinse and wash by hand to use over and over but I have put it in the dishwasher with no issues. I do not use heat to dry the dishes in the dishwasher. The non-slip edges work no matter what side of the boards you are using, I do wish the groves were a little deeper however they are functional, just watch for overflow. I have not used the grinding area, when I pick up the boards I keep my fingers off that area, it is sharp. I think I will be able to get some long-lasting use out of these cutting boards before they have to be replaced.

These are good cutting boards but smaller than I was hoping for. I like the fact that there are 3 different sizes and I like the little “feet” they have on both sides to keep the board stable while cutting. They even have juice collectors to keep your counters dry. These cutting boards are very easy to use and clean and have a nice handle on them. They are good for herbs, fruits, and veggies in my opinion. I don’t think the biggest one is big enough to handle cutting a juicy piece of meat.
