This is a great supplement for mature-senior cats. My 11 year old companion actually loves the flavor & its softer-than-freeze-dried-food texture. It's been difficult to find in stores that still show it on their websites. I reached out to Instinct (Made in USA) who confirmed that this is NOT discontinued. It has not been "replaced" with the "multivitamin" product and has NOT been repackaged. I received exactly what I ordered. Thanks Amazon.

A friend encouraged me to try these. My cat thought they were treats, not "healthy stuff". There are several varieties, and all cats I'm familiar with seem to love them.

We essentially use this as a “multivitamin” for our cats. They were both throwing up a lot more than usual (almost daily), and in doing a lot of research, we thought we’d try someone’s suggestion of this (from the reviews). They said they only gave two a day in their cats food so that’s what we’ve been doing and we do see a difference! We also switched to a Purina one formula for older cats since they are 4 and 8, but if we miss giving them two of these a day, the throw up comes back so these definitely help a lot!

I have bought the regular chicken kind for my cats in the past and they were fine. They love those. The first time I tried them, my 18yr old cat ate 2 treats and puked maybe 10min later. He can be a puker, so it didn't completely raise alarms it was the treats. My 12yr old tabby refused to eat them, but instead I offered the chicken ones & she ate those. She's picky. I didn't think much of it. I tried them a second time. I only gave the 18yr old 1 treat and he puked like 6 times starting about 10min after eating the treat. The tabby ate one as well and puked as well about 10min later, but only once. Very disappointed because these treats aren't cheap.

Both cats enjoy this treat. It helped my 3 year old cat with health issues gain some more weight. They're not obsessed with it though...

I have 3 elders (9, 12 and 16), and they LOVE IT. My 12 yo, Tom cannot jump or climb because he have hip problems... That isn't a problem for him when I'm preparing their food on the kitchen table.

My cat and kitten love these and all other flavors. I usually put a couple teaspoons of warm water on them to rehydrate them some, but they eat them rehydrated or not.
