Is this suitaible for 3 inch goldfish?

Yes they are OK for all types and size of goldfish ours are now 6" and they love them. (PS don't give them too many at a time)

How big is each stick? I have very large fancy goldfish with huge months and so am looking for something bigger for them. Thanks

Hi. They may be called sticks, but they are not that big. They are approx. 3-4 mm. One of my fish is about 6" long and feed him 3 in the morning and same in the evening. Its good because they float. I Have an 180lt tank and this food does not cloud the water. Hope this helps you.

Should the sticks be soaked before giving them to fish?

No. they float and they eat them whilst floating. Smaller fish nibble at them or wait until they start breaking off
