Tasty but take at home
Tastes great, however the design is so poor that you definitely wouldn't want to us these while running. You can only "rip" 1 side off but it doesn't come off without exposing a hole in the side

Horrible packaging
Good gel for rapid energy recovery. Absolutely rubbish new style packaging being difficult to open & extract gel whilst being very hard & a little sharp on the corners of your mouth

fantastic
good amount of carbs and easily digested - sit well with my stomach so I cant complain. I use during longer runs or tough workout. Apple flavour is great.

Great for cleaning burst
I bought these for my mum who is not eating much and very frail alongside ensure plus milkshake and energy soup for variety. However I tried the energy sachet as i keep falling asleep during day. Gosh this works. I didn't realise until I had done loads of cleaning plus never had a nap that day! I'm a bit wary of taking it everyday but the days I need a boost I'll definitely have one. The apple is a bit too sweet but hey ho not much to drink considering the after effects!!! Oh my mum not tried them yet but hoping it will get her energised a bit
