I took a while to provide this review because I wanted to use it several times. If the area under your eyes gets puffy, most likely it will look wrinkly. Performance: Realistically this cream does hydrate and improve the appearance of those wrinkles immediately, as it seems to replenish the skin. The wrinkles will NOT go away but you will look better. It does not remove darkness (I got cooling masks for that and tried a better sleep routine to tackle dark circles). I loved that I had to use it one day over makeup (yes, after I had finished) because the makeup accentuated the wrinkles and dryness, and it bounced back in a hurry. The skin absorbs the cream very quickly, and I have not experienced any allergic reaction (I have extremely sensitive skin). I believe that with consistent use, the skin looks much better, however, you will need to buy this cream by the truckload, because the amount is really small. I had to buy 3 to make sure I had enough to begin daily use. Smell: Light pleasant fragrance.

It diminishes the puffiness and wrinkles, but it only lasts about 4 or 5 hours, not all day. And it didn't get completely rid of mine, but mine are a little puffer than most I imagine.
