GOOD QUALITY GLYCINE
Good glycine. It of course has a sugary taste. Been buying it for some time. Every evening I mix a teaspoon or so of it with a thumbnail sized portion of magnesium chloride and a cup of water. Makes you sleep like a baby. I also add a teaspoon of it to the same amount of beet root powder and a cup of Tulsa tea in the morning.

Improve Your Sleep
I watched some videos on YouTube that talked about improving your sleep by taking 3g of glycine before you go to bed. Didn't want to take the capsules form, so decided to get the powder. I've tried many things to improve my sleep, from magnesium, CBD to melatonin with limited success. However, taking this stuff had a positive noticeable effect on how deep my sleep was and somewhat reduced the number of trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, when I did have to go to the bathroom, it was relatively easy to fall back asleep. It hasn't 100% improved my sleep, but I am sleeping better. This stuff is a little sweet and dissolves a little better in warm water. the package has a little scoop and i take three of them before going to bed. Quality product.
